Evros river belongs half to Greece and half to Turkey, it is the border of the two countries. Along the river lies this area, which is rich in history, culture, natural beauties, hospitable people.
The picture shows the mosque in Didimoticho (see my page about it), a town in the middle of that nice prefecture.
