My parents are both from Santa Cruz, Bolivia...and this is a place dear to my heart. Although it's been years since I was last in Bolivia, I have fond memories of "churrazcos"(bar-b-que)and that wonderful "arroz con quezo" (rice with cheese) which is a 'favorite' at my house....even my little 'gringos' love it and you can be sure that it is served on a regular basis!! Much of my family is still in Santa Cruz and I look forward to returning in the near future. |
