Junction City is one of the nearest towns to Fort Riley. My Fort Riley page is more detailed than this page. However, one cannot have a Fort Riley VT page. It has been classified under Prarie National Park for some reason.
Many people think of Junction City as the town for enlisted men to live if they have to live off post and Manhattan as the town for officers. This is not always true.
Junction City has fast food restaurants, Ryder truck rentals, etc. It's airfield does not have commercial airline service.
I started this page because someone might look for Junction City on VT if they are unable to find a page on Fort Riley. (See Prarie National Park - Kansas) |
