You can watch a woman making candles at the Harbourside Shopping Centre in Darling Harbour (ground floor). It's a shop in the central walkway.

The Olympic Park is an interesting place, but also a tourist trap. If one arrives by ferry (to Homebush Bay), I would suggest taking the 401 bus. It's a lot cheaper than the $10 Olympic Explorer bus and goes to the same place. Once you get there, you can walk around to see the different stadiums.
