The old city in Baku
The sights of the old city took me back to another time. Here is this very well preserved old city in the center of the congested metropolis.
Yanar Daq
Fire came from the mountain. The heat was felt from many meters away. You could hear the sounds of the flames licking the air.
Pros and Cons
- Pros:The people, and not touristy
- Cons:The police, and high costs stemming from the oil boom
- In a nutshell:Off the beaten track, definitely a worthwhile vist.
