"Alamogordo" a Alamogordo Travel Page by mylov

Even though i was born in Roswell (Famous for it's aliens) and live in Carlsbad (Famous for the Cavern's) I think one of the most beautiful places in New Mexico is White Sands, near Alamagordo New Mexico. I take my kids there at least once a year to run around and play in the huge sandbox, they can use sled's to fly down the sand dunes, or draw or look at the wildlife. Remember to take water if your down that way!
