Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: comfortable shoes, and an umbrella are advisable.
Toiletries & Medical Supplies: Bring sufficient medications, as it may be tough to find what you need if you don't speak Italian. Also, some of the hand sanitizer may help, as you may not find soap in restrooms
Photo Equipment: Digital is great, but any will do. A wide angle lens would be wonderful here, as the vistas are worth capturing.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: There are beaches nearby, so if you come in the summer don't forget your suit
Miscellaneous: I left Napoli with a beautiful Italian souvenir. She is the love of my life and definitely has the Italian ability to talk loudly and with her hands.
