OK .... I think I've been a member on virtual tourist for a while and have just been too damn lazy to fill in my destinations .

Well to tell you the truth , my scanner never worked when I upgraded to XP ( how many years ago ?? ) and I never got around to getting a new one ( see I told you I was lazy )

Anyway ... thse days I have a digital camera so I should really get snapping and writing a few things .

My house is located in the middle of the UK ,This area is called the Midlands ( funny that isnt it ).

We dont get so much snow these days in Winter , and when we do its normally only for a couple of days.

This picture was taken earlier this year from my bedroom window.
It gives you an idea of what it looks like where I live.

Well this is me trying one of them natural, I dont know you're taking a picture poses.

What can I tell you about myself , well apart from I'm too lazy to get a scanner and scan my photos in .

I love music, art, architecture, seeing new things, meeting new people.
I play the flute, guitar a bit , and can murder any song when I sing it.

Recently I have been learning about Polish culture ( due to the fact of my girlfriend being Polish )

Trying to speak Polish is more or less impossible for me, well it's not but I'm picking up very basic things , very slowly .

" Moja kotka jest wesola " is my favourite Polish phrase at the moment .
Yeah it's something about my cat being happy !

This is the name of the town I live in .
Its a smallish market town near to the city of Leicester.

Population somewhere around the 20,000 mark .
The history of the town has always been of a market trading place , covering everything from materials and goods to livestock.

This picture is of The Old Grammar school built around 1645 it was built on stilts because of the fact that Harborough used to flood often due to the River Welland that runs through it .
