  Dobro jutro Ozan, thanks for comment on my Vientiane site. But I think very little French they speak there nowsadays, mostly Lao, English, Chinese... well, few old Lao people can actually speak French :)

  yh Ozan, those are chicken chops and onion and lemon juice, U can add a little bit saffron too,and let them be there for some hours,then u can cook(kabab) them
