Don't forget to visit Toronto's Chinatown, which is one of the largest in North America. There are many Chinese supermarkets, small shops and places for culinary experiences. The best day for a visit seems to be Saturday, as a Chinese street market takes place on Saturdays and the streets are packed with Asian people. Toronto's Chinatown is located in the area around Spadina Ave and Dundas street.

BillNJ Wed May 28, 2008 10:50 UTC Holger, now that you have seen the USA, perhaps you might venture into it next time? Will check out more of these tips later. Bill | Bwana_Brown Sun Jul 8, 2007 12:20 UTC A nice concise overview of Toronto and its attractions! I've visited many times on business but have never really done the 'tourist' thing there. Thanks for helping me out! | bijo69 Mon Mar 12, 2007 11:52 UTC Toronto is a place a still have to see one day! Nice page Holger! | yumyum Sun Dec 24, 2006 11:06 UTC I really dislike it when they add tax at the cashier, so you never know what it costs beforehand... |
