Unfortunately parking your car in Luxembourg's city centre can be very difficult and also very expensive. Especially short term on street parking during weekdays is almost impossible. Multistory car parks charge incredible high fees, not only on weekdays. Be prepared to pay at least 16 Euro per day in a normal car park. A free of charge alternative on weekends and public holidays is the car park "Glacis" which has more than 1200 parking spaces. The car park "Glacis" is located about 1,2 km northwest of the city centre.
