Big City I´d booked a flight from Panama City to Quito, which allowed a FREE stopover in Bogota. I gave myself 4 days there, but once I arrived I changed my ticket and stayed 23 days in all, with a great nice 10 visit to Medellin. |
Basically to me, Bogota is a big city (7 million) and overall has a nice feeling to it. I did feel like people were watching me a bit when I arrived, but that feeling disappeared over time. There are lots of small malls and shops with hairdressers, internet shops, and coffee and small restaurants. Many are quite funky, and you get that vibe of artists all around. |
I´m very happy I made it out to this park. It´s the equivalent of Central Park in NYC (for Bogota). Very clean and fun atmosphere. I went on a Sunday. |

MalenaN Sun Oct 22, 2006 08:07 UTC Bogota sounds to be a nice place to visit. I'm happy I plan to go there next year, even if its only for a few days. |
