    Getting TO/AROUND: Air Micronesia, which was originally a Continental partner.
    On the island, bicycle... period. .5 miles wide by 3 miles long... you don't need anything else. Island to island we went in a Carabou... U.S. workers went by helicopter... Martialese went by boat.
