In Alb Valley you will find a lot of hiking path. Some take you along the bottom of the valley and others along the hills.

From the station in Frauenalb you can take a 5 km walk to Bad Herrenalb. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to do it. But the path will take you along some great rock formations where people try themselves in climbing them. We saw them from the S-Bahn.

5 km means that it will take you anything from one hour depending on your pace and your sightseeing/rest stops.
