Welcome to Moscow!

by yumyum - last update: Mar 22, 2006

I like Moscow a lot. This is early Sunday morning when the streets downtown are nearly empty.

For a first visit and if you are pressed for time, then I think you should allow yourself 2 days for sure for this megapolis to see the main sights.
This is Moscow's Kremlin in the background. That's how it looks when it's minus 18 degrees Celsius. That's when you don't really want to take of your gloves to take a picture!
This is also a true Moskovit! He lives in Tsaritsyno.

Moscow must be a lot more fun in summer .The winter ice seems scary. At minus 18 C there is no way I'd want to be here !
