Pskov is a middle sized town with about 200000 people. It is easy to find your way around.

When there is nice weather then it is a lovely place to walk around but when it's pourring down with rain it's pretty bleak and there are massive puddles so watch out when the cars pass.

In Pskov you won't find any western fast food places, actually there aren't that many places to eat at all.

There is a big market for fresh produce and also clothes and other articles.

Cons:a bit off the beaten path as such
