Pizzeria Submarine: Pizza and local fare

This is a chain restaurant. Since I didn't want to eat pizza again, I ordered some meat dish which sounded ok. But in the end I wasn't very keen on what I got. I don't remember what exactly it was but I think the mashed potatoes were appealing to me.

S. Metaxa: Excellent cake

The S. Metaxa seems to be the only Greek restaurant in Vilnius. Anyway, in the warm season they have tables outside.

We didn't have a proper meal there. I had a cake which looked very pretty, tasted nice and was quite filling.

Mambo Pizza: Pizza and more

This restaurant is right on Gedimino and therefore very busy at lunchtime. It belongs to a chain.

I had a Hawaiian Pizza for 14.90 LT and a tea for 2.90 LT (prices August 2006).

Da Antonio Trattoria: Yummy Italian food

I think on each visit in Vilnius I end up in this restaurant. In the warm season they also have tables outside.

In August 2006 I had Spaghetti Carbonara (16.90 LT), Peach juice (5 LT) and a black tea (4.50 LT). The pasta is of good quality.
