As well as rhe executive apartments there is also a 200+ bed hotel. The building looks like a sail and is intended to fit the part of in the old docks that have become the latest high rise part of London - Canary Wharf. We were using out Tesco Clubcard points and so had no money to pay and were surprised to be upgraded to an executive suite on the 1st floor. Very nice. Sitting room, walk-in wardrobe and big bathroom with separate shower.
Unique Qualities: It's a Marriott but see above.

Cheap as chips. I stay after going to evening football matches and it saves a long drive or train ride home. Never yet managed to get a private room but have been in one of the small dorms and it's okay. ALl the usual problems of the snorers and farters.
Unique Qualities: Right in London. Can only get better when the Eurostar goes from the new glitzy station over the road!
