"Lunga" Lunga by Krumel

Lunga Travel Guide: 3 reviews and 10 photos

Lunga belongs to the Treshnish Islands off the West Coast of Scotland and is a bird sanctuary. At the end of the island a big rock houses thousands and thousands of birds, and the noise there is absolutely deafening, but it is a fantastic sight. On your way across the island you will see lots and lots and puffins which are living in little holes on the ground and look hilariously clumsy when they are flying with their bright red feet awkwardly sticking out under them. Please see my travelogue for pictures of the puffins.
