After my first visit (Dec 1987) I knew that this was a Country I wanted to get to know. I backpacked my way through the Country and had my first experience at Victoria falls and the white water rafting; the most incredible experience I've had. I really enjoyed Bulawayo and the laid back atmosphere. I stayed at the caravan park in Centennial Park. Really cheap and safe.

After completing my Grad studies in Nairobi (1996), visited Zim and visited the Peace Corps office; had a nice Business program so I applied and joined in 1997.

Lived in Harare for 3 months before moving to Bulawayo.
