    • Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: sandals are a must, since you take off shoes every time you enter a home or a religious place, also it is very hot in Pakistan take cool clothing and if you are a woman it is advisable to take head covering, especially importan to wear during prayer times

    Toiletries & Medical Supplies: Antibiotics, are a must since our immune system is not as strong in Pakistan, the water is not very sanitary and some of the prepared food can cause bacterial infections, take aspirin, and vitamins with you

    Photo Equipment: all electrical outlets are 220 so be sure to bring an adapter for any electrical products you take with you and take plenty of extra batteries and film with you
