Lots of hotels near the seaside, of which most are booked from home. Booking in Gambia is more expensive. Middle class hotels and remember you are in Africa.
Unique Qualities: Most interesting is to rent a self catering appartment and prepare your own stuff. Make sure to have aircon. Without it is really hard to get any sleep.
