"Ahh... Just across the border" Singen by cynthi

Doing a bit of exploring during the Christmas holidays 2004 brought me from my home in Zurich to Singen, which is in Germany just across the border from Switzerland. We made a quick stop in Schaffhausen and then jumped across the border to Singen - with the express purpose of making a trip to Wal-Mart. Bryan used to work at one, so we thought it would be fun to see Wal-Mart German Style. It looked exactly like any Walmart, but seemed incredibly inexpensive, although this might be due to my newly acquired perspective of prices gained from living in Switzerland as well as the exchange rate to the Euro. Oh, and we got a great deal on some Birks!
