Porcelain Town

by Rixie - last update: Dec 31, 2005

We took the train to Delft, the home of the famous blue and white painted porcelain, Delftware. It's pretty little town, so old that the Nieuwe Kerk (New Church) dates from the 14th century.

It was very close to us, only about three stops away from Rotterdam Centraal.

We visited the same little factory and the church as well. Went to the top for a view. Nice pics, Laverne. Thanks
