What's everyone complaining about?! Las Vegas was great! I was there a WEEK in August ("Hot" Month) and didn't experience anything too terrible. Of course, it's hot, but if you're prepared, and not spending hours and hours outside, it's not a big deal.

The casinos have SUPER air conditioning, and most of the Strip hotels have at least one super pool to cool off in. As long as you can handle driving in some poopy traffic, rent a car if you're gonna be there a while. You're in THE city of excess, so blast the AC in the car, and drive between casinos, landmarks, etc.!

If anything, you can grab one of the "magazines" that the smut peddlers are constantly hocking and fan yourself with that until you get back to some AC!
