In Cholistan the derawar fort worth all the effort u need to get there from bahawalpur. All of a sudden in the middle of nowhere a fort protected by a wall with rounded towers attached to it every 15 m astonish u.It's brick built and some geometrical designs adorn the wall and the towers. Nearby a marble mosque and the graveyard of the abassi family .The mausoleums with white domes, brick walls and sky-blue tile decorations transports u back to the persian and afghan styles of decoration.

|Multan , one of the hottest places ive been in |Pakistan, has some impressing shrines and mosques.|The style is the one typical of the area, just read derawar, but what impressed me more when i sat down on the floor in the best one of them, is to realize that the religious feelings of the people is still alive, and wherever u go, no matter what kind of religion does the building belongs to, there is always the same serenity, peacefulness. ||All these places are scented with the sticks and flowers people devotedly offer and add more magic to the sacred environment.

Wagha border is a spectacle. Both Indians and |Pakistanis waving at each other, dancing, singing.Maybe the special ambience i enjoyed was due to the recent reopening of the border for buses, but it was very emotional.I personally think that the government policies are one thing and the people feelings are another. In any case it,s a must if u r in Lahore

Taxila is very interesting if you are from Europe, knowing that the Greek culture is one of the major basis of our western culture. To see the columns of a greek temple with corinthian decoration on the upper part of the columns so far away from Greece is a must. don't worry about security , you'll be accompanied by armed policemen.
