Paradise along Algarve

This part of the coastal line
gives a view from Porches to Faro. If one follows this direction one will reach Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea.

Vila Vita Compound

Plenty of sunchairs, umbrellas, towels are free of charge at your convenience. Lovely cool drinks are served and if you like you can go to the round shaped bar near the pool and have a snack. Though the prices are a bit on the high side.

Bungalow Area

A "City" of Hotel bungalows

Above the rocks lining the shore line to the Atlantic Ocean are beautiful fully airconditioned bungalows with three and four bedrooms for families or groups on vacation. All rooms are equipped with marble bath, terrasses/blaconies and elegant furniture.

Although I like the comfort of those bungalows in my opinion they are to narrow to each other and making me feel caged. I rather prefer to stay in the hotel room of the main building near to where the action is.

In the background to the right are the high rising condominiums of the city of Faro where many Portugese have their domicile for the vacation period and week ends.

Really good page about Vila Vita! I worked there via another company this year, and loved it there :-)

Vila Vita is quite an extraordinary resort! Your travelogues are magnificent. Thanks for info on how you took some of the fabulous photographs.
