If you were to ask me to list my 5 favorite things about Italy, my list would be as follows: 1)the shopping 2)the nightlife 3) the gorgeous men 4) the food and wine 5) the gorgeous men. Milan has all of this and MORE! I truly believe Milan is the shopping capital of all the world. You can really see it as you stroll the city.
There is such a stylish atmosphere projected throughout the city. From the skyline, it could look like any big, industrious city, no real landmarks stand out. But as you get deep into the heart of the city, the style and culture really come out. Everyone, both young and old, has such that European stylish flair about them. From the businessmen in their well-tailored suits, to women in their trendy well-fitted clothes and shoes. The couture houses of Gucci, Prada, and Armani seem like they pretty much run the city!
Although Milan is the center of Italian industry and business, there is still a side of history and culture that you can find during your visit.
Okay....it's not what it looks like folks! This poor chap looked like he needed my assistance. After one too many tonics with lime, he merely passed out and needed some immediate medical attention!
I quickly used my First Aid skills and offered resucitation through CPR. Who knows what could have happend to this poor guy had I not been there!!
I know....amazing isn't it? It's not often you see a person passed out SITTING UP!
- Pros:It's all about the shopping (and the models!)
- Cons:Wish it had a more distinct skyline!
- In a nutshell:Prada, Gucci, Armani....OH MY!

Meanwhile across the world in Milan an Italian paramedic is downloading a random photo from the Internet for use in a local CPR training course... "Quello è quello!"
I was going over my "vacation allotement" seems like I have 6 weeks in 2005. So...I was a thinking, how about Milan or somewhere in Italy for 2005?!
The "Geisha Girl Silky Factory!" will have to wait until after Lent you know!!! Then again you are giving up all of your inhibitions.....
