"Pickering...Where the fish have 3 eyes!" Pickering by Jaxx

I am a Torontonian originally...
Pickering has been my home for 5 years and I would never look at living in Toronto again.
We live in a new neighbourhood where there are actual trees and bushes. Some people think it's far out there in the 'boonies' but it isn't. Pickering is just East of Toronto. Living here, you're about 20-30 mins away from everything. Pickering is quiet and cleaner than T.O. which is a HUGE bonus. My parents made a wise decision moving here. I have made so many great friends here and I don't regret staying :)

• Pros:Waterfront, friendly people and less traffic
• Cons:Too close to Toronto and The Nuclear Power Plant
• In a nutshell:Family Friendly city
