Koli -Finnish national scene

We spent 5 days in Nothern Karelia in Eastern Finland. Rented a summer cottage there and visited some local sights like Koli and Runonlaulajan pirtti.

Pohjois-Karjala -Northern Karelia

North Karelia as a part of Finland.

... is part of eastern Finland. There's one bigger town called Joensuu which is the capital of the area, but the other towns are quite small.

Never been to Joensuu yet and never really explorered this region. But I did visit Pieksämäki.
