The Peacock Mill: The very best pumpkin soup

The Peacock Mill was built around a sugar cane mill that was established in 1767. There are usually at least 50 peacocks on the grounds between 5p and 5:30p.The restaurant is located 4 miles from Scarborough and 3/4 mile from Crown Point International Airport.
The peacocks were used as security guards back in earlier days because they always let you know when someone was coming up the lane.

Favorite Dish: The food here is delicious, well worth the effort of locating the mill.
I had pumpkin soup here that was excellent.

Miss Jeans: Best local food

There are a line of small restaurants opposite the beach at Store Bay. Our favorite is Miss Jeans but most are very good.
They always serve fresh fish or chicken with several side dishes.
when we first went to Tobago there were just shed like building but they have been upgraded and now it is a very pretty area.
