"Windward coast" Scarborough by kyoub
Scarborough Travel Guide: 15 reviews and 13 photos
Scarborough, is the capital of Tobago. It is located on the Atlantic or windward side. It is where the cruise ships come into port and where the Trinidad ferries come and go. It is a bustling little city with one-way streets and congested traffic.
Other than visiting Fort King George, on the east side of town, there is not much of interest to see here.
This is a view of the city from the old coast road. This scenic stretch will give you a chance to see crashing waves and stunning Atlantic views. There is a small bay called Little Rocky Bay.
- Pros:Interesting parks
- Cons:A lot of traffic
- In a nutshell:Don't waste much of your time here

With an old fort and a lighthouse, I think Scarborough could keep me amused for a while! Your accoms looks great. The tropical trees and beach flotsam at Little Rockly Bay reminded me of ones I saw on working trips in Papua New Guinea!
that looks very nice:O)
Little Rockly Bay looks nice. Thanks for shopping tip.
I'd be sure to stop at the Cotton House if I happen to travel here!
Great shopping tip! Another beautiful place to stay with splendid views, lovely beach, natural setting, and relaxing atmosphere.
Another really interesting page Kay - thanks for sharing your tips and photos. Tobago is on my list - along with all the other places. :-)
This Scarborough looks much nicer than the UK one, well better weather and climate. Always fun to read your updates.I have to post some new pics of Hussars and the flood here in Budapest when I get a mo.Happy Easter Hols!Tim
England has a town called Scarborough it to is on the sea but not like here at all - nice page Kay
Nice views...everyone loves a lighthouse, don't they? My city just took over one which will eventually be used for tourists and teaching school children.
