Twice home to a World's Fair (1929 and 1992)this may be my favorite city in Spain. It is compact with so many things to see and great neighborhoods like Triana, across the river with all of it's tile shops. Sevilla is a place to return many times. Like Barca and Madrid there are Bus Turisticas that will take you all over and let you hop on and off. It is a great way to get oriented to the city. Be warned though it is HOT in summer and there are many scam artists (shoe shines will cost you U$S40 if you aren't careful. |
