Firenze was everything I had ever hoped it would be and more. The architecture of the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, the parks, museums, restaurants and shopping were all fantastic. I am sorry I never went sooner ... GO NOW WHILE YOU ARE YOUNG! You should time your visit for July or August (I know ugh very hot), if you do then go to Siena to see the Palio horse race. It is only a short train ride from Florence. |
