    • 1. take a trip on the barca Rosario up and down the Parana ... see the massive new bridge being built
    2. Sunbathe (don't swim) on Vladimir beach in the river.
    3. Parque Independencia (see photo)
    4. FUTBOL!!!!!!!!!!! take a risk and go see the fanatics at a Central or Old Boys game.
    5. People watch from a sidewalk cafe
    6. Stroll Cordoba street
    7. Visit the Monument to the flag

    • Monument dela Bandera - the Flag monument. General Belgrano designed the Argentine flag in Rosario about 180 years ago. This is an impressive edifice with a nice museum to Latin America inside (on the right, half way up as you face the tall front of the monument). Make sure you go up to the top for fantastic views.

    This monument has many bas relief sculptures on the walls and statues behind it with a reflecting pool. I have probably taken more pictures here than any other single place on earth. I love this monument day or night
