    • Weit weg von den eingeschlagenen Touristen-Pfaden sind die kleine romantische einsame Buchten. Oft werden wir unsere eigene Mahlzeiten dort am Bord vorbereiten, und verbringen die Abende mit tollen Geschickten und Sternengucken.

    • Es überrascht mich immer wieder wie einfach es ist Freundschaften in der Türkei zu schließen. Das hier ist mein Freund Mehmet in Ciftlik, bei Marmaris. Die einheimische Leute an den türkischen Ägäis sind sehr freundlich.

    • Schön ist wenn man etwas entdeckt, wie hier, das Bade-Haus vom Kleopatra. Dieser Bucht liegt mitten in einem Naturschutzgebiet und ist sonst nur durch langen Fußmarsch oder per Schiff zu erreichen.

    • Draußen sitzen, die Sterne betrachten, schöne Musik hören, und den unmöglichsten Seemannsgarn spinnen, sind einige die schönste Sachen, die man bei dieser Reise machen kann. Man wundert sich, daß es tatsächlich ohne Fernseher und Computer auch geht.
