"Emirates Capital" Abu Dhabi by Srechko

Abu Dhabi is UAE capital and is around 1.5 hours away from Dubai.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting my family that lives there.

I wasn't too impressed by this city's architecture as I was by its cleanliness. Abu Dhabi is a typical Arabic city with a few tourist attractions and some examples of Middle Eastern luxury. It is the major oil industry centre of the Emirates.

A few days I spent walking around and discovering the city on foot however soon I figured that it is more interesting to spend time on the beach instead as city is not that attractive (at least not comparing to Dubai).

City does have some attractions interesting for tourists like me who have never been to this part of the world. There are many impressive mosques, a few oriental markets, interesting Petroleum Exhibition, and other places to visit.

City is located entirely on an island so it is very easy to find your way around.

• Pros:Clean, safe, and authentic Arabic city
• Cons:Kinda boring if you are looking for fun and party
• In a nutshell:Ok city - but head to Dubai!
