"Mission accomplished - fed the baboons!" Bermudian Landing by Srechko

Home of Baboon Sanctuary

My 2 month long trip was getting close to an end and I had desire to add one more authentic experience to my file. Visit to Bermudian Landing definitely served that purpose and counts as one of memorable experiences. B.L. hosts the howler monkey sanctuary and there I had a chance to see and feed these wild and loud creatures.

I rented a guide as without one I doubt I would be able to get close to the monkeys.

Other than monkey experience, there is not much to report about B.L. It a small village with few hundred people. I did spent one enjoyable evening in local (only) pub where I met some locals and realized that creole english is tough to understand.
