I was in Mytrle Beach in April, and i have to say, this was a wonderful place to visit. Although i was there for Golf, and being a keen golfer, i heard this was the place to go. However, i was plesantly suprised to find this had more to offer. Not only did it cater for great golf, with over 100 great courses within no distance at all, it offered more.
Firstly, Myrtle Beach has a wonderful beach, which goes on for miles, hugh amounts of white sands. In April when i was there. although a little quiet, it was warm, and you had the beach to yourself.
Also on the list for things to do, and a must for those who have a few quid to spend. Myrtle Beach has many outlet shopping villages, where you will find all the top names, and a fraction of the normal price.
Now i have saved the best for last, and what i most enjoyed on my stay, the nightlife. The nightlife in Myrle beach was a lively, totally relaxed atmosphere, with nice freindly people. What also impressed me, was the way it caters for all ages, and i mean all. From the young, to the very old, they seem to all want to be out enjoying themselves..
So i conclude, if you want the ultimate golfing place, then this is for you. But, if you dont play golf, but want a chilled out, relaxed beach resort with nightlife, then this is also for you. If you are like me, and are into both, well you will get exactly what i did, the perfect holiday... |
