Washington's Crossing offers the tourist a trip back to the 18th Century. This is the place where George Washington crossed the Delaware River from Pennsylvania to New Jersey to surprise the British on Christmas Day. Today, it is a nicely kept historical village. A great place to learn about early American history. It is a great day trip from the New York and Philadelphia Areas
