I was in Portland at the height of the Rose Festival in 2003. Being that the weather was so good, there were over 50,000 people at the Festival. My family and I were at the tail end of our vacation and were pretty wiped out. So we did not see much of the actual city. This page will concentrate on the Columbia Gorge area. |
