Taos is a town located in the north central part of New Mexico. The location is in the heart of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The influence of the Native American culture is prevelant here with its famous Pueblo. There is also a distinctive art culture in Taos as well. With its art, Native American culture, and excellent scenery, Taos is a great New Mexican destination. |

Pawtuxet Fri Jan 12, 2007 14:05 UTC Thank you for the insights on Taos...a city which has always fascinated me. Maybe I will get there one day. I want to know if you can feel different vibrations there....is it mystical? | aussiedoug Wed Nov 30, 2005 00:19 UTC We had a ski week at Taos Ski Valley, but I wish we had allowed a little more time to visit the Taos Pueblo & look around Taos a bit more. | rexvaughan Sun Dec 19, 2004 22:21 UTC Thanks, Joe, for visiting my pages. You have done a good job on Taos. I got a little nervous on the bridge over the gorge, but isn't it beautiful! | tini58de Tue Dec 14, 2004 18:48 UTC I have the best memories of Taos - thanks for a beautiful page! |
