I visited London in the summer of 2001. It is a great city, crammed with history. However, much of London's attraction comes from its cosmpolitan atmosphere and way of life. You can find a great enjoyment by simply walking the streets. It's full of bright ligths and quiet corners, famous buildings and tiny, little known streets. And in the night, there is no time to rest. -
I hope I can help you to choose the best places to visit in London.
Visité Londres en el verano de 2.001. Es una ciudad llena de historia y tradición. Sin embargo, muchas de las atracciones de Londres provienen de su atmósfera cosmopolita. Justamente esa coexistencia entre la tradición, las ceremonias y la tendencia vanguardista que se vive en Londres es lo más sorprendente de esta gran ciudad. Si bien es una ciudad muy cara, hay muchas actividades gratuitas, como las entradas a los museos, las visitas a Covent Garden, Camdet Market y principalmente el placer de caminar por sus calles y sus parques y jardines magníficamente cuidados.
El único inconveniente, es el clima, absolutamente impredecible, en un mismo día puede llover, salir el sol, hacer calor y frio. Por ello recomiendo, salir siempre con abrigo en la mano, aún en pleno julio, y no olvidar NUNCA el paraguas o el piloto.-

Great tips - I've been here twice & still haven't taken a boat ride on the Thames. And you're right to doubt it, I don't think there is such a thing as a clear day in London!
