In Cusco the 'Victor Victoria', I don't remember the names of those restaurants in Arequipa, Huaraz, Huancayo, Huanuco, Cajamarca or Trujillo, but they were great too. The salad bar before the main course is wonderful! And all the bread you want.

Directions: I Don't remember the exact adress, but you have to walk from the Square all the way up Plateros and then turn left, is a little door in the left side. You can't miss it.
