Edimburgh is a gorgeus city, maybe the most beautiful capital I´ve ever seen, partly because it is not such a big city and doesn't has the anoying environment of other capitals. Edinburgh is a lovely place to take the kids or to go for a long walk. The castle is impresive as it is not in ruins as most of the other castles in Scotland, and the Fringe (the Arts Festival) is a first class event worth the investment; so get a little money on your wallet and enjoy the shows. |

| Pros: | "The performances are pretty cheap during the festival." | | Cons: | "There are just so many shows you can't possibly see them all." | | In A Nutshell: | "Scotland is not just about the Loch Ness Monster... and golf." |
