Hotel Splendid is a 3* hotel situated next to Letna Park in quiet street of mostly residental part of the city. Location is excelent, away from the hustle yet in very easy reach of the center. The tram stop is about 100 m from the hotel, and you need to go just 3-4 stops to reach center or the closest metro station. Hotel room was clean but not very spacious and the furniture is bit old, but it had a cable TV and very decent bathroom. There is no hairdryer in it but it can be taken from the reception, as well as the iron, free of charge.
The safe box can be hired at the reception. It costs about 15 euros for the whole stay.
Breakfast was served buffet style, and it was excelent. The choice of food was great. There were even fried meats, frenchfries, potato pancakes etc. , all served hot . The stuff was helpful and kind and they all spoke English.

This garni hotel is situated in Ziskov. It is 3* hotel, but i belive there are a lots of better hotels of that category. To be fair, I have to say that it was clean, the room had cable TV and fridge but all in all impression was bad. The furniture was old, and on some places torn down so I had a feeling that it was even dirty wich, in fact, it wasn't. Breakfast was very good served in a nice bright breakfast room that was probbably renovated as it stands in the contrast with rest of the hotel.
The reception stuff could've been more kind.
If you ever decide to stay in this hotel ask for the room that overlooks the yard, since it is very hard to have any sleep with trams going in front of your window every few minutes.
The tram stop is in front of the hotel and it takes about 10 min. to get to the center.

Unique Qualities: The nicest thing about this hotel are the original paintings of Alfred Mucha on its outside walls.

Hotel Andante was my choice for the third visit to this beautiful city. The location of the Hotel is very convenient, just the top of the side street that leads to the Wenceslas square.
We had a very nice stay, the room was clean, the stuff helpful and above all the price was great considering the location.
The breakfast, served in the breakfast room, was nice. They had everything and more than you could wish for the morning meal.

Beautiful Hotel !
The communal areas are fantastic. If you like Art Nouveau, this might be hotel for you. The room was on the small size but very clean with good bathroom facilities.
Breakfast was great and very nicely presented but it was not included in the room price. I only had it once as I found it very expencive, even more when I am concened, as I don't eat much in the mornng. It was priced 15 euros per person.

Unique Qualities: The location: very close to the tram stop but still trams don't pass by the hotel. It takes only 3 stops to get you in the very center (5-7 minutes).

This lovely hotel is situated little bit far from the very center but the conecton to the city is excellent.
Everyting in the hotel is new and modern, which makes it the heaven for those who like contemporary accommodation.
Beautiful and very spacious rooms, nice and even more spacius bathroom, very kind staff, excellnt breakfast...,all of that made my stay GREAT.

Unique Qualities: I loved everything but if I have to choose something, it would be the bathroom with fantastc shower. The provided bathrobe was also a very nice detail.

That was the first time ever I stayed in the apartment style hotel. At first I wasn't sure if I would like that kind of accommodation but I did. The advantages were a quite few. It was nice having a real livingrom to watch the tv in the cold Prague evenings , to prepare yourself cofee exactly the way you like it...etc..
Apartment, we stayed in, was nice and spacious. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were much more than two of us realy needed. It didn't hurt, though,lol The kitchen was fully fitted with all amenities including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle....
There were no breakfast but the daily made service was provided.

Those apartmets are situated very close to Republic Square-Namestky Republiky.
