In the 2006 winter season my husband and I spent a week there with a couple of friends. It was wonderful. Lots of crisp white snow to be enjoyed.
Jahorina was a major place in the Sarajevo Winter Olimpic. Many sights were not taking care of due to the war and bad financial situations, but things are improving rapidly. Now, there are about 20 km ski tracks and even one truck for the night skiing.

Snow looks beautiful. I tried skiing once, more difficult than it looks, made a fool of myself (as usual).
