  you are right, the hot sun may spoil your fun by making you suffer from a sun stroke, but you can find a healthy drink POCARI SWEAT at supermarkets "Spinney's", it keeps you hydrated and protects from sun stroke.

  I once got locked in a shop in old Sharm by a very pushy man, in reflection you should not chat or smile too much as they misread the signals. This is not typical behaviour most of the men are very well behaved and we have some very nice Egyptian friends

  Sexual harassment is common, but actually not allowed. First thing you can try is to shout "haram" Arabic for forbidden and sin. If it does not help, report serious sexual harassment to the police.
