Relax at Isla Ometepe in Lake Nicaragua.

Isla Omotepe, located in Lago Nicaragua. Together with Lake Atitlan, this is one of the most beautiful lakes in Central America. This lake in particular is huge! There are rivers leading in to the ocean so many ocean-faring animals, including a form of shark and sailfish have venture and adapted into the freshwater lake environment. For these reason, this is the only freshwater lake with sharks! No worries though, spoting a shark in the lake is a rarity now in days. The views from the Island are amazing, definitly worth a few days stay! For the adventurers, you can even climb the two volcanoes.
