Nha trang is the main beach resort in Vietnam and a very lively place both day and night.
In recent years a lot of expats have moved to Nha Trang aswell and the town is quite international.
It´s a real beachtown and that is some peoples cup of tea and others are not too impressed about the place.
I personally think it´s an ok place for a few days even if it´s very build up.
The beach is good and the town has a lot of the facilities i often lack when travelling in rural parts of Vietnam, so it´s nice to stop here for a few days when going through Vietnam.

Would be nice to try that beer, fresh it's always the best :)
I'm not one for spending most of my holiday at the beach but this looks a good place to chill for a few days, especially with all the local colour to add interest. Like the sound of the brewhouse too :-)
Vietnam is one of the wishlist place. I feel refreshed to find Vietnam has fine beaches.

Brings back memories of my short visits to Nha Trang in 1995. My son stayed there on the beach for a week while I took the train up to Hanoi and back. I really liked that trip because I could do all the things that were impossible thirty years before.
